1.2. Wholesale Nature & Minimum Order Value

ShopTatva is primarily a B2B platform catering to wholesalers, retailers, boutique owners, and bulk buyers.

• Minimum Order Value (MOV): All orders placed directly through our online portal or custom quote process are subject to a minimum order threshold of USD $200 (or equivalent currency), unless explicitly waived for sample orders.
• Product Customization & Made-to-Order: Many of our handcrafted artisan apparel products, including Women’s Kurtas, Kurtis, Dress Sets, and lifestyle/travel accessories, are produced or customized only after your order is officially placed. Consequently, processing timelines and minimum order quantities (MOQ) per style may apply and will be confirmed during checkout or invoicing.

1.3. Pricing, Payments & Currencies

• Currency Display & Settlement: Although our site provides a multi-currency conversion display (e.g., USD, INR, GBP, EUR, etc.) for convenience, all official pro-forma invoices, queries, and checkout processes are finalized and settled in US Dollars (USD).
• Price Fluctuations: Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs (cotton, handcrafted dyes, hand-block printing resources), logistics fees, or currency translation rates. However, prices on accepted and paid orders remain locked.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments through secure, certified third-party payment gateways (credit cards, secure international transfers, or direct wire details provided upon inquiry checkout). We do not store or process complete credit card details on our own servers.

1.4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including but not limited to textile designs, custom apparel photographs, lifestyle images, product titles, descriptions, logos, graphics, and underlying site code—is the exclusive property of ShopTatva. 1.5. Force Majeure & Service Failures
